Tregaver Fibre Returns Policy
1. Overview
This Returns Policy is designed to comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which protect customers purchasing goods or services online, by mail order, or by phone within the United Kingdom.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or your item is faulty, please read the following guidance on how to return your product.
2. Your Right to Cancel
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you (or someone nominated by you) receive the goods.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (e.g. email or letter) within the 14-day period. You do not need to provide a reason for cancellation.

3. Returning Goods
Once you have notified us of your wish to cancel:

You have another 14 days to return the goods to us.

Goods must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging (where possible).

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
4. Refunds

We will issue a full refund, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used to place the order.

If the value of the goods has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to check them, we may make a deduction from your refund.
5. Exclusions
Certain goods are not eligible for return or cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. These include:
