This fibre comes from Sally's Herd, a person who lives close to me.

These are natural and undyed, and the fibre is not pure white, there's a mix of cream and white tones  Pure white is only acheived when using bleach or lightening agents, and we never use harsh chemicals on our fibres.   As it is undyed, it preserves it's beautiful, natural cream and white tones that can easily blend with other colours or stand out on its own.

Suri alpaca fibre is one of the most cherished fibres - it's incredibly silky and soft, and lovely to touch.  As it's a soft silky fibre, it's not as easy to felt with as wool, so you may need to make a little more work to add them into your wool felties.

It is perfect for beards for santa or father Christmas, gnomes, gonks or tomtes.  It also makes marvellous manes and tails or top coats too as it as a goregous lustre and sheen that adds a touch of sophistication to any project.
