Introducing our latest addition - this soft, combed UK Shetland Wool has been dyed in smoke grey Tones.

This high-quality wool is sourced from UK flocks and is soft making it a delight to work with. Not only is it soft, but it is also a quick felting fibre, perfect for a variety of crafting projects.

What sets our combed wool apart from many of the 'big box' stores is it's sustainability, and consideration of the miles many commercial wools travel before being sold in the UK.

Unlike wool that has travelled thousands of miles, (most big box stores source wool from New Zealand, and other countries), ours has a very low carbon footprint.

By supporting other UK farms, we ensure that the wool comes from flocks with excellent welfare standards, guaranteeing that it has not been sourced from farms that practice mulesing.

This fibre is perfect for wet felting, needle felting and spinning, and all other fibre arts.

Our combed fibres come in a cardboard container which is fully recyclable, and is perfect for storing your fibres while you work, so they don't get mixed up!
